The Twelve Apostles approximately 10 minutes drive east of Port Campbell are giant limestone stacks shaped by nature over millions of years. Wild, southern ocean weather has carved these huge rock sculptures from the soft, sheer limestone cliffs leaving a series of stacks some 45 metres high. These world renowned icons of The Great Ocean Road are the central feature of the spectacular Port Campbell National Park covering 1,750 hectares that extends from Princetown to Peterborough make sure you plan to stay for a few days to take in all on offer. Parking is available behind the toilet block information building. Sealed walkways take you under the road to the viewing areas (approx 300metres) which allow uninterrupted views of the Apostles and the spectacular coastline. Please Note: No beach access 12 Apostles Helicopters situated behind the toilet block is an experience you will never forget.
